Since many of our clients have operations in other parts of the world, we work to comply with the rules of various jurisdiction including the EU directives like General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”). We also help negotiate and structure agreements with content providers and affiliates.

Intellectual Property Protection

In the area of protection and transfer of technology, we apply for and obtain trademarks and copyrights and safeguard trade secrecy through confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements. We also prepare licensing documents and other instruments for the protection of a client’s intellectual property against unauthorized use.
