Ryan Suniga works on a wide range of civil matters including general business and commercial litigation, contract disputes, employment law, and estate and will contests. Ryan also works with small and mid-size business on various legal matters including corporate formation and dissolution, licensing agreements, subcontracting agreements, real estate acquisitions, leasing agreements, employment issues and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Staub Anderson, Ryan externed for the Hon. Alfred J. Paul, Cook County Circuit Court, drafting judicial orders and opinions in civil cases. Ryan also interned for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, assisting Enforcement Division attorneys with complex securities litigation cases. While a full-time law student, he also worked in the compliance department for the Options Clearing Corporation.

Ryan earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2017 from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he graduated cum laude. At Chicago-Kent, Ryan was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review and served as Vice President for the Chicago-Kent Moot Court Honor Society. Ryan also served as the Treasurer of the Corporate Law Society and was inducted into the IIT Chicago-Kent Bar & Gavel Society in 2017. Before attending law school, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Occidental College in 2013.
